Wolf, who left this world peacefully on Monday, September 8, 2025, at the age of 94. Doris was a remarkable woman whose life was a testament to love, resilience, and unwavering devotion to her family. Born in 1931, she spent 94 beautiful years enriching the lives of everyone fortunate enough to know her. She was preceded in death by her beloved sons, Thomas Wolf II and Timothy Wolf, whose memories she carried in her heart every day. She is survived by her devoted husband of 76 years, Thomas O. Wolf Sr., her loving son Terry Wolf, and her cherished grandchildren: Thomas Wolf III, Tammy Holmes, and Thad Wolf. Doris also leaves behind a legacy of nine great-grandchildren and thirteen great-great-grandchildren, all of whom she nurtured, inspired, and adored. Doris was the heart of her family — a guiding light whose warmth and wisdom shaped generations. She dedicated her life to educating and adventuring with her grandchildren, instilling in them a love for learning, laughter, and life’s simple joys. Whether it was celebrating a milestone, encouraging a new endeavor, or simply sharing a quiet moment, Doris was always present with open arms and an open heart. Her carefree spirit, boundless love, and infectious joy touched everyone she met. She had a gift for making people feel seen, heard, and valued. Doris was the first to cheer you on, the one who believed in you when you didn’t believe in yourself, and the soul who found beauty in everyday moments. She opened her door at any hour, offering a plate of food and a listening ear, inviting you to share your story without hesitation or fear. Her kindness knew no bounds, and her warmth was a sanctuary for the soul. Her legacy lives on in the stories told around family tables, in the traditions passed down, and in the hearts of those who continue to carry her love forward. Doris V. Wolf will be forever remembered, deeply missed, and eternally celebrated.
