Jo Ann Moyer, 57, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was born in Lancaster, the daughter of the late John Daniel and Antoinette (Tavaglione) Dugan. Jo Ann enjoyed watching television, movies, reading, and connecting on Facebook. Surviving is her fiancée, Troy Shiffler; her children, Nicholas Ryan Dugan, and Charles Laube; two grandsons; her brothers, John Daniel Dugan, and Mike Dugan; and her sister, Kelli Wagner. Private services will be at the convenience of the family.
